The Puuc Route is a cultural and archaeological tour through the southern region of Yucatán, Mexico, famous for its ancient Maya cities built in the distinctive Puuc architectural style (“hills” in Maya). It is more than just a visit to archaeological sites; it is a journey through a region where each city and small town reveals a different part of Maya architecture, history, and culture. The tour begins with breakfast in José María Morelos and continues to Uxmal, Kabah, Sayil, and Labná, where you will discover impressive ancient structures, as well as the Magical Town of Maní.
Comenzaremos el recorrido con una parada en José María Morelos para disfrutar de un desayuno típico de la región y prepararnos para descubrir la Ruta Puuc.
Conoceremos uno de los símbolos de la Ruta Puuc: su impresionante arco monumental, además de sus plazas y antiguas construcciones mayas.
Recorreremos esta antigua ciudad maya y su imponente Gran Palacio, rodeado por la vegetación característica de la región.
